Easy Cauliflower / Jednostavna cvjetača

Ok, who doesn't like cauliflower? Most of my family doesn't prefer this healthy vegetable, so one day when I was home alone I decided to make it a main dish for myself after work. I do not recommend it as a main dish for men or if you are really hungry though, but it can make a wonderful side dish with meat. It is very simple and the recipe is so fast.

Tko ne voli cvjetaču? Nitko iz moje obitelji nije ljubitelj ovog zdravog povrća, pa sam ga jedan dan nakon posla napravila sebi kao glavno jelo. Ne preporučam da to učinite ukoliko trebate nahraniti mušku osobu ili ako ste jako gladni, ali može biti odličan prilog uz meso. Vrlo je jednostavno za napraviti i vrijeme pripreme iznimno je kratko.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (feeds two):
- 1 cauliflower, washed and chopped
- 1 mozzarella, chopped
- 3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- app. 3 tablespoons of cream
- a bit of grated parmesan cheese

Vrijeme pripreme: 5 minuta
Vrijeme kuhanja: 20 minuta
Sastojci (za dvoje):
- 1 glavica cvjetače, očištiti i otkinuti cvjetove
- 1 nasjeckana mozzarella
- 3-4 jušne žlice ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja
- malo soli (po ukusu)
- malo papra (po ukusu)
- cca. 3 jušne žlice vrhnja
- malo naribanog parmezana


Place the cauliflower on baking paper. / Stavite cvjetaču na papir za pečenje.


Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and ad cream and chopped mozzarella.
Začinite solju i paprom, dodajte maslinovo ulje i vrhnje, te isjeckanu mozzarellu.


Put it in a 350° pre-heated oven for app. 20 minutes. Depending on the flower size, it can take 15 - 25 minutes, until they get golden. Enjoy!

Stavite u pećnicu zagrijanu na 180° na cca. 20 minuta. ovisno o veličini cvjetova, pecite 15-25 minuta, dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju. Dobar tek!
