Guest Recipe: Nutella Truffles / Recept gosta: Nutella kuglice

When my dear Lana Glowatzky told me about these, I knew instantly she had to give me the recipe. Nutella? Yes, please. These are great for your own in-house sins, or to pack a few to take as a gift for (close) friends. Enjoy! Special thanks to Lana for the recipe and photos.
Kad mi je draga Lana Glowatzky rekla za ove kuglice, znala sam da mora podijeliti recept. Nutella? Da, molim. Idealni su za slatki grijeh kod kuće, ili ih pak možete spakirati kao poklon bližnjima. Puno hvala Lani za recept i slike.

Makes a few dozen (Depending on size)
Prep time: 5 mins

Cook time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

- 8oz of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
- 2 Tbsp of Frangelico or any other hazelnut liqueur (optional)


Process:

Place the chocolate chips in a bowl and set aside.
In a small saucepan, add the cream and butter and allow the cream to come to a simmer.
Pour the cream over the chocolate chips and let it sit for about a minute.
Whisk the cream and chocolate mix until smooth. Stir in the Nutella and pour the mixture into an 8x8 baking pan, cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for about 2 hours or until set.



Using 2 teaspoons or a melon baller or tiny little ice cream scoop, form little truffles and dip them into powdered sugar or chopped hazelnuts.

Vrijeme pripreme: 5 minuta
Vrijeme kuhanja: 10 minuta

Sastojci (za 20-30 kuglica, ovisno o veličini): 

- 200 gr čokolade za kuhanje (ili chocolate chips, tko ima)
- 120 ml vrhnja za šlag
- 2 čajne žličice maslaca
- 120 gr nutelle (ja dodam samo oko 90 gr.)
- 1 čajna žličica ruma/Frangelica/likera po želji 



Postupak: 

Usitnjenu čokoladu za kuhanje ostaviti sa strane, u posudi u kojoj se sve kasnije miješa.
Vrhnje za šlag i maslac staviti na vatru, zagrijati sve dok ne počne lagano kipjeti.
Maknuti s vatre i preliti čokoladu za kuhanje ugrijanim vrhnjem. Miješati dok se ne sjedini i čokolada u potpunosti ne otopi.
Dodati nutellu u smjesu i dobro promiješati.

Smjesu preliti u odgovarajući kalup za pečenje (što manji - to bolji), pokriti prozirnom folijom i držati u frižideru minimalno sat vremena.

Kada se smjesa stvrdne, žličicom vaditi i oblikovati kuglice.

Za kraj, kuglice se mogu uvaljati u usitnjene lješnjake, bademe, orahe, kakao, šećer u prahu - po želji. Držati na hladnom.
