Weekend Choice: The Smoothie / Izbor vikenda: Smoothie

Since I'm really lousy at eating breakfast during the week (I know, I know), this is my weekend choice: it is healthy, tasty, energizing and detoxifying. Makes you feel good and your skin looks great. The recipe changes according to the season and my preferences. So please don't take this recipe by heart, add whatever you currently wish or simply what catches your eye.

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (frozen, if you prefer)
- handful of fruit (I prefer blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, strawberries, blackberries)
- 1 dl of almond milk (or soymilk or regular milk) - or a handful of crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon of agave honey (or regular honey) - you can skip this step
- handful of baby spinach or green salad - you can skip this step
- any kind of nuts in desired quantities (or you can substitute with chia seeds) - I often skip this

Priznajem, ne jedem često doručak tijekom radnog tjedna. Ovo je moj zdrav, ukusan, energetski i detoksicirajući izbor za vikende, od kojeg se dobro osjećate a koža vam izgleda sjajno. Recept se mijenja sukladno sezoni i mom izboru. Nemojte ga slijepo slijediti, dodajte štogod želite ili što vam zapne za oko.

Sastojci:
- 1 zrela banana (može i smrznuta)
- šaka voća (ja volim borovnice, maline, crne ili crvene ribizle, jagode, kupine)
- 1 dl bademovog mlijeka (može i sojinog ili običnog kravljeg) - može i šaka mrvljenog leda
- 1 čajna žličica agavinog meda (ili običnog) - možete izostaviti
- šaka bebi špinata ili zelene salate - možete izostaviti
- bilo koji orašasti plodovi (ili chia sjemenke) - često izostavim
