Quick Saturday Recipe / Brz subotnji recept


What you need: fresh salmon, potatoes, red onions, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper.
Cooking time: 25 minutes for potatoes and onions and 10-15 minutes for salmon.
Slice potatoes and onions and season them with salt, pepper and olive oil, put in hot oven (app. 200 degrees Celsius) and after 10 minutes add fresh salmon (salted and seasoned with olive oil as well) and garlic. Roast for another 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy with a glass of wine.

Što vam treba: svježi losos, krumpiri, crveni luk, češnjak, ekstra djevičansko maslinovo ulje, sol, papar.
Vrijeme pripreme: 25 minuta za krumpire i luk, te 10-15 za losos.
Narežite krumpire i luk na deblje ploške, začinite solju, paprom i maslinovim uljem, te stavite u pećnicu zagrijanu na 200 Celzijusa. Nakon 10 minuta dodajte svježi losos (kojeg ste također začinili i zalili maslinovim uljem) i očišćene režnjeve češnjaka. Pecite još 10 do 15 minuta, Poslužite uz čašu vina.
