Quick Chinese Fusion Dinner / Brza kineska fusion večera



What you need:
- 300-400g of chicken (or any meat of your choice)
- soya sauce
- 1 carrot
- bamboo, soya or bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- rice/noodles/pasta
- extra virgin olive oil
- fresh or dried ginger
- chilli (if you wish)

Što trebate:
- 300-400g piletine (ili bilo kojeg mesa po volji)
- soja sos
- 1 mrkva
- izdanci soje, graha ili bambusa
- 2 velike žlice smeđeg šećera
- riža/noodlesi/pašta
- ekstra djevičansko maslinovo ulje
- svježi ili sušeni đumbir
- čili papričica (po volji)




Fry the carrot sticks and then add chicken cubes on extra virgin olive oil. When almost ready, add soya sauce, soya sprouts, 2 tbsp brown sugar, ginger and chilli. Stir on middle heat until it all connects. In a different pot cook the noodles/rice/pasta of your choice and when finished, add to wok and stir well together with the sauce. Bon appetite!

Popržite izrezane štapiće mrkvice na maslinovom ulju i dodajte kockice piletine. Kad je piletina skoro gotova, dodajte soja sos, izdanke soje, 2 žlice smeđeg šećera, đumbir i čili. Pirjajte na srednjoj vatri dok se ne zgusne. U drugom loncu skuhajte rižu/noodlese/paštu po izboru i kad je gotovo, stavite u wok zajedno s umakom i dobro izmiješajte. Dobar tek!
