Jednostavne banane / Simple bananas

Za danas smo vam pripremili jedan izrazito jednostavan recept za desert s još jednostavnijim namirnicama. Ono što je važno za spomenuti je da se radi o jako zdravom desertu koji sadrži i jednu jako ljekovitu kombinaciju meda i cimeta (više o tome ovdje: med i cimet). For today we've put together one very simple recipe for a dessert that is so easy to make. What is important to mention is that this very healthy dessert contains a very healing combination of honey and cinnamon (more here: honey and cinnamon). Sastojci:
• 2 banane, narezane
• 2 žlica meda
• Cimet
• Suncokretovo ulje
Upute
1. Nalijte malo ulja na tavu na srednje jakoj vatri.
2. Posložite narezane banane na tavu I pecite 1 do 2 minute sa svake strane.
3. Dok se banane peku umutite zajedno 2 žlice meda i 2 žlice vode.
4. Maknite tavu s vatre i polijte banana smjesom vode i meda.
5. Pustite da se ohladi i zatim pospite cimetom.

Ingredients
•2 bananas, sliced
•2 tablespoons of honey
•Cinnamon
• sunflower oil
Instructions:
1.Lightly drizzle oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2.Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
3.Meanwhile, whisk together 2 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoon of water.
4.Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over banana.
5.Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
